Records

wiele records: send tasks, threads, chats and documents to a workspace as Markdown files.

Records are a preview that runs only on development servers. In production these commands fail with NOT_FOUND "Records are not available on this server".

A record is one unit of outside data: a task with its comments, an email thread, a chat channel's day or a document. wiele records send uploads a JSONL file of records; each record becomes a Markdown file at <folder>/<yyyy>/<mm>/<id>.md, and sending the same id again replaces that file. Folder grants decide who can read the records, and memory indexes them like any other file. You need write access on the folder.

Send outside data to a workspace as Markdown files under records/. Records run only on servers that enable them; elsewhere these commands fail with NOT_FOUND.

wiele records send

Send records from a JSONL file. Each record becomes a Markdown file under its folder; requires write there.

wiele records send [flags] <file>
Argument Description
<file> JSONL file with one record per line, or {folder, record} lines that name their own folder.
Flag Description
--workspace string Workspace ID, slug or name. Not needed inside a checkout or when the path is written as WORKSPACE:/path.
--org string Organization ID or slug. Default: the checkout's organization when the workspace comes from the checkout, otherwise the one picked with wiele org use.
--folder string Folder under records/ for every line, such as records/tracker.
--source string Required. Lower-case source name, such as clickup.
--wait Wait until every batch has committed or failed.

wiele records status

Show an ingestion's state, its commits and whether memory has indexed them.

<ingestion-id> The ingestionId that wiele records send printed.
Flag Description

--org string Organization ID or slug. Default: the checkout's organization when the workspace comes from the checkout, otherwise the one picked with wiele org use.
