Each organization pays a monthly base price plus storage above the plan's allowance. Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly. Stripe handles payment, tax and invoices; Wiele never sees card details.

Every plan includes unlimited version history, retention rules per workspace or folder, and works with AI tools that run commands and over MCP. Enterprise also offers larger allowances and annual invoicing by contract; write to hello@wiele.io.
Agents act as the person whose session they use and don't count as members.
The trial
Each organization gets one 7-day free trial, on any plan. You add a card on Stripe's page to start it, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Start it from the web app, or from the CLI as an owner or admin:

The command prints a Stripe Checkout link. Open it, add the card, and check the result:

trialing means the trial is running. Add --wait 10m to checkout to have the command wait until the subscription starts.
How storage is counted
Storage is the total size of every kept file version in every workspace of the organization, in decimal units: 1 GB is 1,000,000,000 bytes and 1 TB is 1,000 GB. Each saved version of a file counts, so frequent saves of large files add up.
The plan's allowance isn't a cap. Storage above it costs $0.05 per GB each month. To store less, set retention rules or prune old versions.

Stripe prorates the monthly price. Moving to Starter fails while the organization has more than 3 members.
Card, invoices and cancelling

The command prints a link to the Stripe customer portal, where an owner or admin updates the card, downloads invoices or cancels at the end of the period.
When payment fails
While Stripe retries a failed payment, the organization keeps working. If the subscription ends up unpaid or cancelled, changes stop with PAYMENT_REQUIRED: pushes, new workspaces, new copies and merges. Reading and downloading files, invitations, members and settings keep working, so nobody loses access to their files. Members see "Ask an organization owner to start a subscription"; owners and admins see the command to run.
