01Agreeing to these terms
Wiele is provided by Reason22 ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you join the waitlist or use Wiele, including the website, app, command line tool and MCP server. By using Wiele you agree to them. If you use Wiele for a company, you confirm you can agree on its behalf, and "you" includes that company.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. You must be at least 16 to use Wiele.
02Early access
Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access. We invite people a few at a time and may decline or delay an invite.
Wiele is in private beta. Features may change or be removed, and the service may have outages. We work hard to keep every version safe, but keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
03Your account
Give us an email address you control and keep your email account and sign-in codes secure. You are responsible for everything done with your account, including actions taken by AI agents you connect to it. Tell us at legal@wiele.io if you think someone else is using it.
04Your files
You own the files you store in Wiele. You give us permission to store, copy, convert, index and show them only as needed to run Wiele for you and the people you share them with. We claim no other rights to your content.
You confirm you have the right to store and share what you upload. To report content you believe is illegal, email legal@wiele.io with where it is and why. We will review the report, tell you what we decided, and tell the uploader if we remove anything, unless the law stops us.
05AI agents
An agent you connect acts with your access and cannot open anything you cannot. Every change it saves is recorded as a version, so you can review or undo it. You are responsible for what you ask agents to do, and for following the terms of the agent's provider.
06Acceptable use
- Do not store or share anything illegal, or anything you have no right to share.
- Do not upload malware, probe or overload the service, or try to get around access controls.
- Do not resell Wiele or use it to build a competing service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it.
07Pricing
Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes. Hobby starts with a 7-day free trial. Storage above your plan's allowance is billed per GB for each month you use it. We will tell you at least 30 days before we change prices, and you can cancel before then.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you can withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of buying it. If you ask us to start the service during that period, you pay only for the time you used it.
08Ending your use
You can stop using Wiele and export your files at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut Wiele down, we will give you at least 30 days to export your files.
09Warranties and liability
Wiele is provided as is during early access, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim or US$100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights consumer law gives you.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where Reason22 is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
11Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and email account holders about significant changes before they take effect. Questions about these terms go tolegal@wiele.io.
